Painter's Assistant

• Preparing metal parts for powder coating.
• Operating equipment and tools used in the powder coating process.
• Applying powder paint to parts according to instructions.
• Quality control of painted surfaces.
• Detecting possible defects and reporting them to the direct supervisor.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.
• Complying with health and safety rules and the procedures in force at the plant.

• Knowledge of Polish;
• Valid medical certificate of fitness for work or willingness to undergo an occupational health check;

• Accommodation with all necessary amenities (600 PLN/month);
• Work uniform;
• Official employment under Umowa Zlecenie;
• Assistance with legal residence in Poland;
• Advance payments

Mon–Fri 06:00–16:00 (sometimes 12 hours, depending on orders), Sat (very rarely, depending on the current needs of the plant).

Sun – day off.

Salary: PLN 5,600 – 7,000 per month (depending on hours worked).
