Night shift: from 21:00 for 8–12 hours; schedule may vary depending on the number of orders.

Day shift: from 7:00 or 8:00 for 8–10 hours.

Night shift duties:

• Preparing raw materials for production;
• Washing, peeling and cutting vegetables;
• Preparing fish raw materials (filleting, slicing);
• Assembling and packing sushi rolls;
• Packing finished products;
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at the workstation.

• Health/sanitary booklet;
• Ability to work in a team;
  — wearing jewellery, wristwatches or accessories on the premises is not permitted.

• Work uniform;
