- One shift to choose from (start between 6:00–8:00 AM)
- Work 9–12 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Production temperature: +5°C…+12°C
Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring machines that produce sushi
- Monitoring the quality and quantity of raw materials
- Adjusting conveyor speed according to the plan
- Overseeing and organizing the work of line staff
- Ensuring process efficiency and quality standards
- Cooperation with other departments
Candidate requirements
- Experience with production equipment (preferably food industry)
- Knowledge of basic food quality control
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good communication and team coordination skills
- Sanitary book (assistance provided )
