• Pouring concrete using a crane

• Manually spreading the mixture in forms

• Vibrating the mixture (button-controlled)

• Removing finished slabs with a crane

• Manual cleaning, grinding, and washing of forms

• Housing with full amenities

• Work clothes and medical check-up

• Assistance with residence card application
