• Average salary — 5000 PLN/month net

• Advance payments after the first week

• Mon–Fri — 10–12 hours/day, no night shifts

• Sat — from 6:00 until the process ends

• Paid breaks

• Around 220 hours/month

• Operating the production line

• Packaging cans and other products into boxes and crates

• Stacking crates on pallets and transporting to the warehouse

• Monitoring machine operation

• Sorting raw materials on the conveyor

• Replacing full containers with products

• Cleaning equipment

• Accommodation with all amenities (3–4 people per room, only utility costs)

• Free transport to work

• Free workwear and shoes

• Assistance with residence card application

• Help with sanitary booklet issuance
