NEW RULES FOR FOREIGNERS FROM 06.2025

From June 1, 2025, new changes have come into force in Poland: the voluntary departure period has been shortened, 800+ benefits for children have been limited, and the labor market test has been abolished. Work legally — avoid problems

As of June 1, 2025, important changes for Ukrainians have come into force in Poland.
🔹 The 800+ benefit is no longer granted if the child does not attend school or kindergarten in Poland.
🔹 The deadline for voluntary departure from Poland has been reduced to 14 days — after that, deportation and a ban on entry are possible.
🔹 When applying for a temporary residence card (karta pobytu), you no longer need to attach ZUS, but the inspector can see whether you actually work and pay taxes.

❗️These changes affect legal stay, access to social benefits, and the security of your future in Poland. If you do not work officially, do not count on support.
